What the Telegram bot processes, what your account records, and what you can clear.
Your Telegram identity
Telegram provides your user ID and basic profile when you sign in. Juno uses that ID to connect My Juno to your bot account. We do not request your phone number or Telegram password. Your first sign-in creates an account; later sign-ins use the same Telegram identity.
Short-term conversation context
Juno uses short-term context to support follow-up messages, without keeping a permanent archive of your conversations or chat history. Send /clear in the relevant chat to reset its conversation context. This does not delete messages in Telegram, reset custom instructions, or remove content already processed by a response provider.
Telegram and response providers
Messages and relevant conversation context are sent to the configured response provider to produce replies. Audio is sent for transcription or generated for voice replies; image requests are sent for generation. Provider retention policies apply separately. Telegram bot chats are not Secret Chats and are not end-to-end encrypted. Using Juno adds processing outside Telegram, so its privacy is not identical to a Telegram-only conversation. In groups, messages delivered to the bot can enter its context even without a direct mention.
Account and usage records
My Juno shows account and billing records, without chat transcripts or file contents. Juno stores your Telegram identity, account settings, balance, model usage, token counts, charges, billing adjustments, and request status or error details. Authorized administrators can review these records and manage accounts. Administrative changes are recorded for accountability. These records are separate from the bot’s conversation context.
Cookies and sessions
An essential, secure session cookie keeps you signed in. A short-lived cookie protects the Telegram login flow. Sessions expire after seven days and are revoked when you sign out. These cookies do not serve advertising.
Questions and account requests
Contact the operator through the Juno Telegram bot for questions about your account, access, or data. Financial and administrative records may need to be retained for accounting and service integrity.
